The Newspaper Process

 The Newspaper Process is a six-week course that provides students with a passion for knowledge the basic skills to change the world through journalism.  Students will learn the entire process of creating and publishing a real news publication and even distribute it themselves on the last day of class. From writing and editing articles to layout design and distribution, every student has the opportunity to find their niche in the journalism world. We will be visiting The Source to take a tour with editor Mike Bookey, who will also be working closely with the class throughout the course. Every student has an opportunity to find a passion in the exciting world of writing, so why not try an exciting and fun way to do so through The Newspaper Process.
