Tymon Emch: Tymon acts as Educational Director, as well as Founder, of cada|casa.  Tymon's role as an administrator includes the curriculum development, event organization, scheduling, and the "visioneering" of cada|casa's community education philosophy.  Tymon has taught Screen Printing & T-Shirt Design, Spanish ACTIVO, and assists the instructors of many other classes.  He performs does curriculum consulting and 

 

He also has experience as a HS Biology Teacher, MS ESL teacher, volunteer coordinator in Cusco, Peru, Bilingual Intervention Assistant, coach at Oregon Rush Soccer Club, lead instructor at Bend Park and Rec, and snowboard coach at Mt. Bachelor.  Tymon has a BS of Biology, with Minors in Chemistry, Spanish, and Latin-American Studies, from Linfield College.  

 

Tymon is currently living in Porland as he pursues a Masters of Education within the Bilingual Teacher Pathway from Portland State University with endorsements in HS Biology, Integrated Science, ESL, and Bilingual.

 

 

Jason Graham (AKA MOsley WOtta): Jason Graham ( AKA MOsley WOtta) is a poet, a painter and a Hip-hop musician who was born in Chicago, Illinois and has been based in Bend, Oregon since 1992.  Born into a family of musicians, actors and writers, he has been performing onstage since the age of three. Having personally experienced the power of art to transform and heal, he is a firm believer in educating young people about the artistic disciplines and techniques which can free their minds and channel their creative energy in positive ways.

His Hip-hop moniker, MOsley WOtta is a play on the words, "mostly water" which reflects his belief that the fact that we are all mostly water creates a common bond between all the beings on the planet. He has taught Hip-hop  and Slam Poetry workshops both independently and in collaboration with the Caldera Arts Program as an Artist in Residence in middle schools and high schools throughout Central Oregon.

 

In addition to his work as a poet, Jason Graham has shown his paintings and painted clothing designs in many galleries and other venues in Central Oregon. He also performs his original Hip-hop music and performance art pieces as a solo artist and in collaboration with several bands in Bend, including Person People and The Empty Space Orchestra.  As the father of a young daughter, Jason Graham is dedicated to bringing high quality arts education to the students of Central Oregon.  MOsley WOtta currently teaches SPIT (slam poetry) through cada|casa at many schools & organizations in Central Oregon, as well as Hip Hop 101.

 

Jo Lundberg: Joann Lundberg graduated from Linfield College in 2006 with Departmental & Thesis Honors in Studio Art, and a minor in Spanish She is interested in Dada, Surrealism, breakfast for dinner, a quick wit, satire and creative catharsis.  During the span of Jo's childhood she quickly necessitated the skill of drawing as a means of entertainment during Catholic mass, which provided her a wealth of time and subjects. This acted as a formative event, which would later fuel her intrigue for portraiture.

After a meticulous exploration of figurative painting, Jo has expanded her repertoire of work to include different styles and genres, which lead her to dabbling in non-objective & abstract art, realism, and mural art, including a large scale mural for the Nike & Wieden and Kennedy 25th Anniversary Gala, a mural at a children's home in Cusco, Peru, and a conceptual piece for Burning Man. Jo has exhibited her work at Blackfish Gallery and the Portland Art Center, and is currently showing at Coalition in San Luis Obispo. She is a resident artist at the Poethouse, and teaches Latin American Art Exploration, the Mural Project, and projects with Deschutes County Mental Health.

 

Britanny Zendejas: Britanny Zendejas is a 22 year old lover of all things creative. She graduated from OSU-Cascades with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2011. Britanny grew up in Los Angeles and has lived in Bend for the past 7 years. Her passion for creativity ranges from cooking to fashion, from stencil graffiti to music, from illustration to design. She is a resident PoetHouse artist and loves being a part of the art community in Bend.  Britanny teaches Stencil Graffiti and Street Art for Girls.
